Profile:

Pioneer’s first venture in the 1990s a small commercial test house in the name of Pioneer Textile Testing Services. Now this lab has grown into a benchmark laboratory in Yarn Testing & Cotton Testing. The lab is the only one of its kind in the private sector. It has survived and grown enormously among huge competitors like SITRA, SICA etc. owing to the following reasons,

  • - Timely delivery of results - no delay under any circumstances
  • - Highly accurate results - double machine testing technique
  • - Technical support for each and every report furnished
  • - Only lab to test recycled fibres and other special fibres

Today it has more than 10000 clients spread all over South India.

Recomended Sample Sizes For Cotton Testing:

For testing cotton we recommend you to send well mixed cotton sample.
In case the sample is to represent a lot of 50 bales we recommend
you to draw samples from at least 3 randomly selected bales to
(Preferably first sample from bales 1-17; second sample from bales
18-34 and third sample from the bales 35 -50).

UT-3 Analysis Roving 4 Roving bobbins with Minimum 400 metres of roving in each bobbin
UT-3 Analysis Sliver 2 Continous coils of Sliver - 180 metres each in perfect coil form without entanglement
